I have an MA in Social and Organizational Psychology and developed a corporate career in HR in Consumer Goods and Financial Services in major corporations. I held positions in learning & development, leadership development, team effectiveness and talent development.<\/p>\n
My professional focus on coaching is closely related with my personal background. As a child our family moved on average every three years to a new environment, living in the Netherlands and abroad. As an adult I subsequently lived and worked in the Netherlands, UK and US. This experience with change from a young age, combined with a keen interest in what drives people\u2019s behaviours, shaped me into who I am today. Building on this theme of change in my personal and professional life, I apply my experience into my approach to coaching. As a coach I use my strong interpersonal skills and empathy to really make a difference. My coaching style is characterised by analytical thinking with a practical twist. Focusing on results throughout the engagement ensures clients make progress.<\/p>\n
